Can you download prior years of the Proseries software for free ?

Do you have to call Proseries to download the prior years software?

When you log into your Intuit Online account, do you see any prior years available for Download?  If not, you'll need to call support to ask about your options.

When I switched to my new computer, I had to go online and download the software for each year.  Some years had problems, so I had to go support.  They were very helpful and helping me to overcome the issues.  Most of the problems were in the older years that I was trying to download as I recall, the more recent years went very smoothly.
