Hello,
I have a client that has a 1098- Mortgage that exceed the limitation. Can the exceed balance of mortgage interest be add on form 8829?
2023 mortgage interest
box 1 $74,538.28, Box 2 $2,621,303.50, Box 3 11/18/2021.
I entered on Schedule A total $21,327
There is interest that can be claim of $53,211.28 - Can this amount be claim on Form 8829?
