Can't sign in to 2022 PS Professional

The sign-in screen is blank with the circling dots & never allows me to enter email & password.  Did all the updates back to 2016 we were supposed to do last year.  Just updated 2022 again, but still won't allow me to sign in.  How do I fix my problem?

try calling up a task manager.. end the program under prorogam tab as well as any proseries ones under the Details tabs.. then try to open program again.. if that does not work, restart computer

Try a cold boot of the computer.  That worked for me the last time that problem occurred.
