    Well this post if almost a day old, hopefully youve figured it our by now...if not, be sure you dont have any other software running, like an anti virus or auto backup, while attempting to install.

    I brought a tow strap just in case we are still stuck.  I should warn everybody though that I have pulled off three bumpers trying to get folks out of the mud.
