Can not open my prior years program at all tried changing password; but still will not open any prior years but only 2018

Do the programs open but you cant log in?  or do the programs not start up at all?  Do you get any message?

can't open 2019 pro series to get information needed for this year

I'm having the same problem.  Username and password works fine for years 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, and 21, but not 2019.  I also get this problem when I try to log into MyLink account with ProSeries online.  I have to log into my old IOP payroll account and then open another tab and it will let me go into MyLink.
