Hi there,
Happy New Year!
I thought that the ProSeries Professional can be used for 1099-NEC preparation. Am I wrong?
Thanks,
Helen

Got it. Thank you.
But I saw something last year when I was in the Professional.
You are wrong. You can purchase an add on (Quick Employer Forms) to do that if you like, but ProSeries itself doesn't do that.
Intuit has lots of different products and purchase options…. Each has its own price tag…. Proseries for many tax returns, Quick Employer for reporting forms …. And turbo tax for diyers …. QE forms seems to work well enough and transfers from one yr to next seamlessly
would be nice if everything integrated onto one platform…. 😂 LOL
Got it. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I will go for a third-party online provider then.
You saw the link to Quick Employer Forms. You can get there through ProSeries but you need to pay for it before you can complete your journey.
You can access Quick Employer Forms to create the W2s and 1099s though ProSeries Professional, thats probably what you saw.
