Can I get 2nd extension on 1120-S return ?

I was in hospital and/or rehab hospitals for a period of 6 weeks. Can I get an extension to file form 1120-$ for client?. I am a sole-proprietor tax return provider.

I don't think so... But I may be wrong...

No. But this might give your client reasonable cause to remove a late filing penalty.
