If you are talking about the display, not directly either AFAIK, but you may adjust your Windows settings as described in this article and see if that helps you.

Homebase font size can be changed.... holding the CTRL key and scroll the mouse wheel.

This increases but do you know how to decrease font size.

If you hold the CTRL key and scroll the wheel one direction it makes it smaller, scroll the other direction it makes it larger.

Prior to 2020, I was able to increase the font size in the Forms Bar using CRTL and scroll.  Why not in 2020 and, now, in 2021?  I age and so do my eyes!!
