California Form 3801 Passive Activity Loss

I have returns with Passive Activity losses and the returns are saying the Form 3801: Passive Activity Loss Limitations is not ready to e-file.

On the web site under forms available to file it states the form 3801 is ready but when we run the returns the return is stating the 3801 isn't ready

The yellow bar at the top of the 3801 says 3/3 is when it will be ready, so weve got a few weeks.

The website says then 3801CR is ready, not the 3801
