Blank 2210 is printing even if not requred

print option is set to "if not required", but yet a 2210 and then a blank 2210 prints with return.  why?

If NOT required isnt a setting...can you set to If Any Data that should kick it out if its blank.

Correction: The setting was on "if any data". which does produce the blank 2210 also.  When I switched to "if any data" it will only print the completed form.   Also, I was not aware that if another user changes the print options, it will change globally until now.
