Being charged twice for purchasing two standalone states. Already purchased the states on an individual return basis but when I tried to efile it requests I buy the states again for $34.00 each.

Has anyone ever purchased add on states for an individual return in ProSeries Basic and when attempting to efile, been required to pay a second time.  Never happened to me before.

They require payment when you print or Efile, not before....did you add the money to your PPR account but are just now authorizing the returns?

Look at your PPR audit report   Tools > PPR
