Authentication Methods Not Working for New Client

Processing a new client - in the eSignature Recipients step the Authentication method field is not active and I'm not able to proceed. I read that a new client will be required to do the Knowledge-Based method but no option is available to select. Is there another option or a fix?

When requesting an eSignature for a taxpayer in ProSeries 22, if an accepted ProSeries 21 tax return is NOT found (for the taxpayer and CAN (customer account number)), the authentication method selection will default to Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and the drop-down menu will be disabled.
