I was promised that my licenses would be activated on April 12th at 4:57 pm. Here it is Saturday, April 13th, 2:19 pm., two days before the tax deadline, and all I am getting is a bunch of I'm sorry! I have been a customer since the early 90s when Best Software was filing with NELCO for e-filing. And on the QBO side, it is not any better; I have MADE it up in my mind; I will NO longer be an Intuit customer, and they give zero crap about customer service.
