Anyone having their 2025 program lock up by a board in client file advertising Protection Plus?

A board pops up in the client file advertising Protection Plus feature.  This locks up the ProSeries program and then have to reboot the computer.

Is it completely locked up, or are you just not able to close the pop-up window (and therefore can't access the program because that stupid pop-up window won't close)?

Cannot close the pop up so the entire program locks up and need to reboot computer to exit.   The pop up appears in the lower center of the screen.

The developers of ProSeries are rather incompetent with creating those pop-up windows, so they can be rather problematic.

If you just need to close the window, try changing the resolution to your computer/monitor so you can see the "x" to close it out. 

Another possible option is to do Alt-Tab on your keyboard until the advertisement is highlighted, then try to close the window (maybe Alt-F4?).

Someone else posted a response for a good way that worked for them, but unfortunately, I can't find that post right now.

I have the same problem.  Opening program shows a pop-up for Protection plus that cannot be move or cancelled. Restarted multiple times (computer and program)

NOTE:  I was able to get past this issue with ALT- F4!  (Thank you for the info.  I hope this gets fixed.)

Used Alt F4 and it closed the banner.
