An Oregon resident worked 60 days in Washington state. Can I exclude the 60 days of wages from Oregon income? How would I do that on the Oregon resident state return?

Washington has no state income tax.  Oregon residents are taxed on all of their income, regardless of where it was earned.

Are Oregon and Washington reciprocal states for income tax purposes?

Use Part XI of the Federal Information Worksheet to enter the dates worked in Washington. Then complete the Nonresident State allocation worksheet
