Not sure of your question. Military retirement is exempt in AL, then you mention something about IRA
Research informed me that IRA (nongovernment) only minus 6,000 taxable.
My proseries does not process.
Can you provide a link that shows AL does not tax all or part of IRA distributions

Link did not work for me. You should check AL Dept. of Revenue, as I didn't see anything that suggest they don't tax IRA's
