Account contacts not being updated in ProSeries

Does anyone have a suggestion for this issue.  Our company changed hands in 2021 and we worked with Intuit to transfer the accounts.  Unfortunately the previous owner continues to get order confirmation emails, is still listed on the Portal for new clients and so on.  We have contacted support a number of times and still no resolution.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?
