2025 WV Amended

Trying to file 2025 amended WV individual.  It is available to select in the state amended drop down and everything is correct with no errors on the WV return.  The federal side has an error on the info worksheet indicating the WV return is not ready to be efiled.  

I have tried transmitting without conversion error checking but still can not efile.

Tech support could not confirm that WV is not available for efiling amended returns.  I just got "it will need to be paper filed".

Has anyone else tried?

Was the original 2025 return E-Filed?

Looks like you need form IT-140 and when checking ProSeries forms, it is not supported. Looks like you need to mail in, but if WV timeline is similar to federal amend you will only add a few days to the timeline mail in vs e-file for an amended return
