After logging in, ProSeries freezes in a 2x3 inch box. It is completely frozen and cannot be expanded. I have tried running as administrator, uninstalling and re-installing to no avail. I am running ProSeries Professional as a standalone on a Windows 11 computer. Client files are accessed from a server.
For what it's worth:
I get that too, but then after 30 seconds or so it flashes a message that says, well, I don't recall what it says, I just close it by tapping the X a few times, and then it loads the program. I think it's caused by my WiFi speed slowing down, I should try turning the 5G modem (or is that thing called the router?) off and on.
Turned off my computer, pressed the Reset button on my AT&T 5G gizmo, waited a few minutes, restarted the computer, ran a speed test, it's back to normal download speed, not the slow speed of a few days ago. started ProSeries 24 program, no problems.
