does this go on the 2021 return or 2022? 

I hate short and fiscal years, my brain doesnt handle them very well.

thank you! that's what I initially thought, then my brain got so focused on the 2021 in the corner, I doubted myself.

It happens to all of us.  Thinking too much and just needing confirmation.

I had an S-Corp that had a Fiscal Year End, now that would really mess with your brain.
