2018 tax returns

I am filing for 2018 tax returns for my client and Proseries won't allow me unless I activate the

Pathway for 2019.  I am an active user of Proseries 2019 already.

You're getting a fast path message?  Have you tried re-licensing the program?   Tools > License Products

I use a different software now.  I just need to access my 2018 tax year returns.

You have to pay the Fast Path Fee.

You cant open the 2018 program? or what happens when you try?
