2017 - Tax Return

Can someone assist me with a 2017 Tax return concern. My client on his 1099B, have regulated futures contract with box 8 showing -2,331.38 and box 9 and 10 showing $0. and box 11 showing -2331.38. How and where to put this infor

I think they end up landing on Form 6781 (Ive only seen these a few times), I cant remember if they flow to it from the 1099B worksheet or not though, sorry.
