Works for me! In prior years Ive had a "bad" 1099R form that didn't work correctly and wouldn't put the amount where it belonged...deleted the form and typed it back in and all was well again.
You sure you didn't mark any boxes or enter any figures down on Page 2 of the 1099R worksheet?
