I understand the outcome of this, and I've done it a million times in Ultratax, but I cannot figure out the proper way to input this in Proseries.  The part giving me trouble is where exactly do I input box 6 (acquisition premium), and box 11 (tax-exempt OID)?  Thank you!

Double click on the Interest entry line and second worksheet opens for these kinds of things.

Yes, but I cannot figure out exactly where to enter it, and I don't know why.

Box 8 and 9 are right on the front entry screen.  The acquisition premium either goes on part D or E on the secondary worksheet.
