I can't get the tuition statement out of this years tax return, even though I deleted it. I have big red xs and can't file and the help desk is closed until Monday...Any suggestions??

Does the dependent still have the Education and Tuition Fees box checked on the Federal Information Worksheet ?    

Is there still a Student Info Worksheet ?

Yup, find the checked box.

Yes, there's still a worksheet because they took out money from a higher Ed trust but paid the tuition in dec of 2024 so it was for room and board etc for the last semester..

And no the box is not checked under dependents just the code S for student

If you open the 1098-T worksheet and do Ctrl+W to remove the worksheet - it doesn't remove it or it removes, then re-populates ?
