Can you create a toggle switch in the user access screen, so that new clients are not automatically added to every user in the firm? I have a new beginner preparer and I will assign her a few easy returns at a time, but new clients that I added for me (some difficult returns) have shown up in her accessable returns list just because they were new. It would be nice to be able to toggle that off and on. Some firms may want all users to see all client returns, but in this case she doesn't need to see all of them, and she only needs to see the ones I want her to have access to. I should not have to go in and remove the new client from her access every time I add a new return client to PTO. That would be hard to remember and a time consumer.
