ProConnect has a multi-state summary worksheet in the check return tab that lists how income and deductions are being allocated between states when a multi-state return exists. The summary works great when there are part-year resident returns because it will list each state separately.
However, when you have a resident and a non-resident return, the multi-state summary worksheet only includes the non-resident state and the federal column. It would be helpful if the worksheet also listed the resident return so the preparer and reviewer can identify that items are getting allocated to the correct state.
