Hawaii Efilings for LLCs

I have no idea why Intuit's ProConnect Tax cannot figure out how to efile the Hawaii LLC form.  It's very frustrating relying on the client to file it via paper or send a DocuSign to the client to sign then have one of my staff take it to the post office to ensure it was properly filed.  Not to mention the clients think we use antiquated out of date software that can't handle a simple LLC efiling.
