Yea, DocuSign sends me an email already as well. If you put the client name in the subject, you can know which client it's for without needing to log in to DocuSIgn/PTO.

It should tell which client has signed without the need to put the client name in the subject.

I also wish these could show up on the clients Quickbooks list under the tax returns.  So when it say's "2020: 1040- E-file accepted"  This status could change when you send out the E-signature to show that the e-signature was sent, then update when E-signature complete and then update back to "2020: 1040 E-file accepted" once the tax return is e-filed"
