Edit client Pro Intuit Link Request without having to send email

KenGreenberg

We need a few enhancements to Pro Intuit Link:

  1. We should be able to edit requests without being forced to press the Continue and send the email. Right now, if you don't send it, the edits are lost. A perfect example is a new client coming in with two or three years of returns. I want to add and edit the prior year requests without having to send an email for each year.
  2. I've mentioned before that all emails that go out through Pro Intuit Link should be stored and visible.
  3. It would also be ideal to be able to connect our email account clients to see messages sent from Pro Intuit Link. It would be ideal to use our mail client and see emails back and forth Pro Intuit Link.

Thanks for the idea to be able to edit requests without being forced to press the Continue and send the email, since not sending this will cause edits to be lost.  We are changing the status to "Open for voting".
