Documents on right-side panel

Would love to see all documents in the right-side panel while working on a tax return. Right now I have to have one tab open just for documents and a tab for the tax return.

Would be really nice if documents were a little more robust, too - drag-and-drop support, rearranging and/or sorting of docs, quicker folder editing, quicker renaming of docs, trash view for deleted files, revision history, tree view of folders instead of drilling down, ability to have a "global" folder in addition to tax years, etc.

Would REALLY love to see built-in PDF editing. This combined with Link (which requires a few more updates to be truly usable) would mean no need to download/upload documents. It would be heaven!
