I would love to see the following improvements to Intuit Link:

  1. Auto send the client taxpayer an e-mail when the preparer makes any entries into the comments section of the questionnaire or tax documents checklist.  I am discovering that my clients have no idea when i post a comment (request additional info) thru Intuit Link.
  2. Remove or make subordinate previously answered and completed Intuit Link items from client portal.  That way when client logs back in to respond to follow up comments (from item 1 above), they will only see the pending items that need follow up info.
  3. Ability to filter or sort the questionnaire or document checklist items inside the input drawer by status (completed, needs review, unanswered, etc).
