I am a 6yr+ ITO user. the worst thing about the program is how SLOW the depreciation screens are for clients with many assets. Wait, wait, wait.... takes so long - to enter a bunch of assets when client has 50+ assets. I have a fast CAT5 connection. doesn't matter if 4am or midnight... Chat says it does, nope.
any ideas or hints? Lacerte wasn't like that.
It would be great if you could just go offline and enter data, then go back online when ready to calculate.
Chat has no solutions, just say they are "not on the development team:. ugh...
I have this problem every year. thanks
