I completed a couple courses and found the webinar page but when I try to sign in it take me to ITO and can't get back to the CPE Page

If you are looking for a copy of your CPE certificate, you will not find that on the Intuit website anywhere. It usually takes a couple days to 1 week after the webinar for the certificate to be issued and emailed to you via the email address with which you registered for the training.
In case you don't receive that by email within a reasonable period of time, check your junk mailbox to make sure it's not there and contact Intuit who would then refer you to the external party that runs the webinar for follow-up.
How may I update my last name on my Intuit CPE certificate so it can update my credits with my PTIN? How can I make this correction so my completed credits are accurately reflected?
