I contacted telephone support of ProConnect, and they told me that that is one Critical Diagnostic that you just click on the "Ignore" button in the upper right hand corner of the Critical Diagnostic and you can file your return. Never heard of that before, but it works.
Are you trying to amend? If not - Look at the client PROFILE and see if there are check marks for e-filing amended.
These are Form 1040, and yes, I am trying to amend the tax returns.
Have you checked the boxes to efile amendment in Profile?

This "Community" gets answers from other users. Support can actually see what you are doing.
