I have filed for years as a Non-Paid Tax Preparer for Illinois tax returns for family. I have a PTIN but it will not let me file Illinois this way now. Is this just an issue with Intuit?

Without EFIN, you cannot e-file any tax return (although you can still e-file FBR but only directly with FinCEN). You can, however, still prepare tax returns with PTO and have the taxpayers file them on paper.
