    two tier security six digit codes unavailable

    About 6:00 - &:00 PM 3 21 2022 EST

     

    I was unable to get on my Pro Series because no 6 digit codes were being received.

     

    Did anyone else have that problem.

    Possibly because you are confused about which software you are using. You posted under ProConnect Tax. You Labeled ProConnect, but you aren't getting codes from ProSeries. They are totally different, but unfortunately have similar names. 


    Answers are easy. Questions are hard!

    I have the same problem today.  Proseries won't send the 6 digit code to my phone.  Dead in the water here.
