Taxpayer was set up for electronic estimated payments, and the return was successfully efiled - but the IRS payment was NOT taken, only CA. Has anyone else had an issue?

Even the financial summary shows that the estimate will be taken 4/15 - but it was not taken.

It's only 4/16.  Sometimes they can take a while to process payments.

They finally took the payment an entire week later -- after the taxpayer got nervous and paid it online directly.  Nuts.
