    Hi,

I have been enter deplex or multiple rental units seperatly on Sch E, feels too much work.

If it is one deed, should be enter as on property?

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Never seen anyone set up each apartment as a separate rental.

Whole property is one rental activity, in my experience.

If one of the units may eventually be a non-rental (such as converted to personal use), it might be a bit easier to split things up now, rather than later.  But that isn't a big deal, and you could always split it up later.
