I noticed that Schedule A (Form 1040-NR), Line 1b in the system still reflects a $10,000 limitation. However, my understanding is that this cap has been increased to $40,000 ($20,000 for MFS) under the OBBBA.
Could anyone please confirm whether this is an update that has not yet been implemented? If it is a system issue, please advise on the correct way to report this or method to override the number.
