Rental real estate depreciation input in the year of divorce

Taxpayer filed a 2023 married joint return and is filing a 2024 single filing return as she had a divorce on October 25, 2024.
Taxpayer has a joint rental building but do not own it after the divorce as the former spouse owned 100% after divorce. The building has a date place in service January 20, 2004 with a full cost $90,025 and taxpayer's share is $45,012.5.
How to input to PTO to get 2024 depreciation on the building $1,295,81 based on S/L 9.5 months (up to the divorce date of October 15, 2024).
Thank you for your time and assistance.

Enter a disposition date of 10/15/24?

The more I know the more I don’t know.
It is my understanding that the transfer between spouses is tax free. I would like to know how to tell the program that: 1. This is a transfer between spouses/ divorce transfer. 2. The transfer will not go to form 4797 (or it has to go to form 4797?) 3. The transfer generates no gain or loss. Thanks for your help.

1. There is no way.

2. and 3. I think if you enter a disposition date and do not enter a sales price you will get the desired result.

Thanks so much for your help.  Please clarify what you meant by on item #1:There is no way.

I think she means - there's no way to tell the program that.  Or the IRS.
