Let me clarify

My 4g hotspot could not connect to proseries 2020.....and i was informed

• By the techs that i needed a dsl line or high speed internet or something other. Than my hot spotj. Still trying to get a fix

@oldpapas  Not sure why your tech guy would have told you that.  From personal experience, 4G would be way more than sufficient to download updates and log into Intuit for account validation.
