Why E-File is Open When the IRS Forms and Proconnect Not Ready?

Hello, I new this year to Proconnect Tax.  Love the software, Learning a lot.  But why are we open for business when the tax forms are not ready🤬.  I have a client who has paid, but I can't send him a E-Signature because - message - Forms are not ready will print blank🤬 - . 

Customer Assistance told me everyone is waiting for the forms. 👌 For a minute, I thought I had done something wrong, wish someone would have told me that their is a delay in Proconnect and IRS approving the tax forms to use in the software even though tax season has started.😊😉

Every year efiling opens before the IRS, states, and software companies have all the forms ready that we need.

Thank you, I'm learning something new everyday about being New Tax Practitioner  using Proconnect.  I thought for a minute I was doing something wrong. Glad to hear I'm not crazy. 😉
