Why am I getting an error message when I follow the Intuit Link? Testing this out to see how a client will follow the link and upload documents.

Using my personal email, I am testing out the Intuit Link functionality to see how a client will follow the email direction to login and upload documents. So that I can be prepared to answer their questions. I used my personal email, but I am unable to login due to an error message that says the email address I am using does not exist.
