Where can a withheld amount from a 1099-MISC for a royalty be included in a Schedule E?

Or, can the withheld amount be entered  elsewhere than Schedule E?

Federal Withholding? Go to Income > SS Benefits, ... and click Form 1099-MISC/NEC in the upper right corner.  Read the NOTE: and do the entries
