When will Illinois forms be available?

I have this critical diagnostic:  Illinois Form IL-1040 is e-file use only at this time and will print as a blank sheet with an "Unavailable" notation until it has been released and/or approved by the State and ProConnect Tax Online. IL - Ref #0.

Is there any reason I should wait if indeed I am e-filing anyway?

If it is printing a blank sheet, how is your client able to review the return prior to e-filing?

Good news, IL updated this afternoon and all critical errors are gone.

I think that message I just read says for print.  so, if you are not printing it or sending an electronic copy, maybe you can.  the problem I see is with DocuSign.  Will the client have a form to look at and review/
