Hello. If you can share what error message you're getting we may be able to provide further info.
I am also getting this error. It just reads: "Something's not right. Try again.If this occurs more than once, please contact Intuit Support for further assistance." Followed by a button that says "try again" and reloads the page (only to display the same error)
I got the error both yesterday and today.
On google Chrome and Firefox browsers.
