I've been unable to login to ProConnect for the past 90 minutes or so. In first call to support, I was told issue would be resolved within 30 to 40 minutes. My most recent call to support, no update as to timing of resolution as support person wasn't able to access their system. Given date, need immediate resolution as we are unable to do anything tax related two weeks from deadline. Any update would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I agree, this is not the ideal time for a major outage. An update would be much appreciated.
