Thanks. Was just about to do just that then I noticed it was accepted. I now have a second one in the same situation for almost 24hrs...just seems like NYS takes an awful long time to process.

Submitted NY State return and it still says "Received By Agency", but it's been 3 days now, what could be the hang up? how can I resubmit?
