It will likely flow from input on the state for for the payment. FTB 3804-CR for California might be where it starts for CA. You can input that when it become (a) available from the state and (b) gets incorporated into the software. I would not expect it until at least next month. I think the programmers will be pedaling as fast as they can to push the 1040 series out first.
